Agency Software Lab is an independent software research publication. It is not HighLevel and it does not operate HighLevel accounts for readers. This notice describes what the public site actually does today.

What this site is

The public site is a research publication. Readers can view pages and follow links. There is no account registration, no reader login, no checkout, and no payment processing on this site.

Contact email

There is no contact form on this site. If you email the published address on the contact page (jeff@jdmglobalsolutionsllc.com), that message is received in the monitored mailbox. The contents of messages you choose to send — typically your email address, any name you include, and the body of the message — are used only to read and respond to the inquiry. Do not send patient, payment-card, or other sensitive personal data.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Hostinger. Like most hosted websites, request logs may include technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser user-agent. Those logs are used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This publication does not use those logs to build marketing profiles of readers.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or similar measurement scripts. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Ordinary hosting or content delivery logs described above may still exist.

Fonts

Page fonts are bundled with the site at build time and served from this site. Visitors are not sent to a Google Fonts runtime service as part of page load.

Outbound links

Some pages include HighLevel affiliate links. Those links send you to HighLevel or related vendor pages. Other citations go directly to vendor documentation. Those third-party sites have their own privacy practices. Agency Software Lab does not control what they collect after you leave.

Bookmarking pages

Research article headers include a bookmark helper that explains how to use the browser’s own bookmark command and offers a copy-link action. That helper does not store a list of pages. There is no Agency Software Lab saved-items account or localStorage bookmark database.

What we do not collect here

This site does not create user accounts, process payments, or run a newsletter signup form. Search-engine ping tools in the application, if present, are disabled and are not used to collect reader information.
