GoHighLevel White Label: What You Get and Which Plan Unlocks It

Last verified: 2026-08-27

GoHighLevel white label is not one switch. It is several layers: login branding, a custom domain, an optional installed desktop app, SaaS Mode on Agency Pro, usage rebilling with or without markup, and a separately billed mobile app. Buyers get into trouble when they treat those as the same feature.

This page maps what official public sources currently say. Dollar amounts for the platform plans stay on current HighLevel pricing. Category buying criteria live on the white-label CRM guide and the white-label SaaS guide.

Login branding and the custom domain

HighLevel’s public pricing FAQ currently states that you can white-label the desktop web app, including logo and branding on the login screen. The same FAQ does not say whether that starts on Starter, Unlimited, or Agency Pro.

The Help Center article on a whitelabel domain is more specific about setup. You point a subdomain at HighLevel with a CNAME to whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud. That branded hostname is the desktop login/app URL. HighLevel distinguishes it from the API domain, which is used for branded links in email and SMS. Mixing those two records is a common setup error; they are not interchangeable.

Company/whitelabel settings in the agency dashboard are where HighLevel documents replacing default branding on the web experience. That is interface branding. It is not the same as selling the software as a product.

Branded desktop app versus branded web login

The installed desktop app is a second surface. HighLevel’s Help Center describes a Desktop App Customizer in the Agency Dashboard that produces a branded application for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Clients can then open a native window instead of a browser tab. The setup article treats this as distinct from the whitelabel domain used for the web login.

That article does not list a plan requirement. This page therefore does not claim that the installed desktop app is included on Unlimited, Agency Pro, or any other named tier.

SaaS Mode is not branding

SaaS Mode is listed on Agency Pro ($497/month, $4,970/year). The public FAQ describes it as selling subscriptions from your site, creating client accounts automatically, setting the price, and rebilling SMS, email, and other supported services. Unlimited already lists unlimited sub-accounts and rebilling without markup. Jumping to Agency Pro only to “sound white-labeled” is not what the cards describe.

A fuller capability write-up belongs on HighLevel SaaS Mode. Plan prices stay on the pricing page. Do not read SaaS Mode as a guarantee that an agency will successfully resell software. It is a billing and account-creation feature set, not a business outcome.

Markup rebilling

Help Center billing docs match the public cards on a point buyers miss. Rebilling without markup sits on the $297 and $497 plans. Rebilling with markup is only on the $497 plan and is described as part of SaaS Mode. Starter does not list rebilling on the public card.

Markup is permission to charge clients more than HighLevel’s usage cost. It is not a stated margin, MRR figure, or income projection. This page does not invent one.

White-label mobile app

The public pricing page lists a white-label mobile app add-on at $497/month. The Help Center pricing guide also lists $497/month or $1,491/quarter. Enterprise’s public card lists the mobile app as included. It is not listed as included on Starter, Unlimited, or Agency Pro.

The self-service mobile customizer article adds operating requirements that the add-on price does not capture: a HighLevel Custom Agency App subscription (monthly or quarterly), an Apple Developer Organization account (not an Individual account), a D-U-N-S number, and a Google Play organization account. HighLevel also states that not all mobile features are guaranteed in the white-labeled app. App-store review, signing, and ongoing store fees sit with the agency, not with this site’s research notes.

Other branded extras on the public list

The public pricing page currently lists a Branded Client Portal App at $49/month per sub-account. That is a separate line from the $497/month white-label mobile app. Do not collapse them.

Phone, SMS, email, and some AI tools remain usage-based on every public plan. Those meters are documented on the pricing page. White-labeling the interface does not remove usage billing.

Who this capability set fits

  • Agencies that need clients to log into a branded URL rather than a HighLevel-branded hostname, and who will confirm plan inclusion in-account before promising it in a sales deck.
  • Teams that already understand the difference between “our logo on the login” and “we bill clients for software plus markup usage” — the second job is Agency Pro.
  • Buyers who can carry App Store / Play Store overhead if a branded mobile app is part of the offer, including the $497/month add-on unless they are on Enterprise.

If the job is comparing several vendors that claim white-label CRM, start with the category criteria. If the job is deciding whether HighLevel is even the right product family, use the alternatives shortlist. Agency CRM selection without a reseller frame is on best CRM for marketing agencies.
